I researched the commission and how to build teams using Young Living protocol.
And learned that it takes a strategy of placing people and supporting them
by teaching and training members who are Brand Partners.
Placing people who want to manifest cash flow is about placement and enrolling.
Forming them with Young Living!
Norming them in communication and programs.
This creates a Brand Partner who is performing and earning income.

I grabbed my ladder and formed with Young Living.
I had not planned to be a Brand Partner.
My clients pushed me to sign them up and teach them. Thus,
classes started at the spa and the clinic on Friday nights at the spa.
I am actually glad that they pushed me to become a trainer.
Who does not need an extra $2,000 in their cash box
at the end of the month.

Gather your first line of Brand Partners. They are your teams. 

Two posts which are the same. The red in both posts is you. The lines connecting the next two blue members are your Brand Partners. There is a 3rd, 4th, and 5th level deep; we do not build deep, we focus on rank and commission. Then you pay attention to your strategy: the members you enroll and the well-designed placement of a new member. I would make sure that the member understands the process of building teams. In our back office, the very last icon is Young Living telling you what your client needs to be doing.
Start with 3 teams and place 29 people under yourself. This is 3 levels deep.

Team one is under the Red person, which would be YOU.
Rank is Star

Team two is to gather people to be members, and this is the start of
Group Volume called OGV - Senior Star

Team three will bring in Personal Volume.
You need this team to develop your
Personal Volume.
This will get you to Silver and Gold.
It is possible with three teams to generate
the money to make Executive rank.

Team 4 will get you to Silver Rank.
You pass through forming
Norming and you are performing
at this rank.

Team 5 will get you to first level of
Gold Rank. The art of designing teams
means you get bigger bonus and % to
each level. Scroll back up and check the
Pinky purple poster.

Platinum rank is team 6 Group volume
is 100,000. Commission is 10,,000 to 35,000

Team 7 Diamond 250,000 and it will bring
20,000 to 50,000 a month in commission.

Crown Diamond 750,000 in group volume
and 50,000 to 90,000 commission.

Royal Crown Diamond 1.4 million a month.
Commission would be 100,000
Toe Rank To Group Volume To Commission. The bigger circles are the OGV in each team that gets added
together for rank and commission.
Now you can see why your making that kind of money
of 6 to 7 figures. 11,000.
The same circle were added into the Group volume.
This is a silver rank and commission would be
$1,000 to 2,000 thousand dollars.
