How certain foods can relieve bloating

Authored by me finding my authentic truth on aiding my stomach and colon.

What’s fueling all of this bloating? Most likely, it’s linked to internal gas that’s building up in your innards due to constipation. Why does everything come to a standstill?  “The poop is just sitting there, fermenting, and making its presence known.” Thus leaving you feeling ill. Moving things along can be accomplished by adjusting what you eat and drink. The two big keys? Make sure your plate includes fiber-rich foods and that you’re consuming enough water.

Why fiber?

Fiber helps food pass through your digestive tract at the proper pace. That’s critical. If the process is too slow, your poop hardens and you get constipated. If it’s too fast, the result is diarrhea.

2 Fibers work to keep things on schedule:

Soluble fiber forms a gummy gel in your digestive tract, which slows down food moving through your system. This helps add bulk to poop to make it a little more solid.

Insoluble fiber, meanwhile, holds onto water to make stool softer and easier to pass.

How does hydration help?

We always read to drink your water. Fluids work hand-in-hand with fiber to keep your digestive system running right. Nitrogen water helps hydrate and provides the water that softens stool. It also aid in balancing your oxygen, nitrogen and Co2.

Do you have a finicky system?

Do you know that it might be from allergies? Know what chemicals foods are and how to develop the best proper food plan to stop food reaction in your body. Food reactions work like a drug reaction.

Quinoa

Quinoa is an edible seed that contains almost double the fiber. It can change the game plan on pooping.
Changing the digestive game to move becoming a powerhouse. No I have never use this to date of me writing this article.

Oatmeal:

Use the old fashion way of making oatmeal. Instant is not always best. It has a constipation-fighting fiber. Fall, Winter mornings with cooked oatmeal or spring and summer with nuts and fiber granola. This is one way to flush out yesterday food that might not have been pooped out.

Green tea:

Green tea has always been known for promoting a calm stomach. It has the ability to boost hydration levels in the colon. Inflammation I discovered was swollen colon but a smaller passageway. Did you know that Green tea acts as a natural laxative to unclog the pipes.

Pineapple

There’s a natural enzyme bromelain in pineapple. This aid with pain and rebuilding muscle. It can aid digestion by breaking down proteins in the food. The clue is eating to keep the system moving to improve good, better, best health in your body being able to poop. Pineapple is so effective at softening up tough food, by the way, that it’s also used as a meat tenderizer. Papaya offers similar anti-bloating benefits with another enzyme, papain.

Watermelon:

Watermelon is more than 90 % water, which mean eating a slice can help keep you properly hydrated. This might help to beat the bloating. I never heard of allergies to watermelon but if there was pesticide in it from being sprayed in growing that could be present in the fruit.

Celery

Think watermelon is loaded with H2O?  Well, if you like the taste of celery. The stalks are about 95% water. Celery can offer a boost. As an added bonus, celery also is loaded with a sugar alcohol known as mannitol that softens stool and provides a laxative effect. Fast fact: Oral mannitol is often used to cleanse bowels before a colonoscopy. FYI I read this I have not used it to provide proof.

Cucumbers:

Cucumber are 96 % water and good for hydrating the colon. Simply put it washes away digestive issues created by dehydration. FYI Stomach and colon can get dehydrated if you use to many laxative or stool softeners. I learned that the hard way thus the reason I am doing research to hydrate the colon and stomach.

Ginger:

People talk about gastric distress for years. Recently I started using essential oils for bloating and burning because of the mercury poisoning I had. The colon works in waves remember we are electric magnetic powerhouse. I have learned to first hydrate the colon. Then relax the colon, so it has a better time of working to push the poop out.

Apples

My grandfather was always saying to eat an apple a day can keep the doctor away. It can also help keep constipation away. The pectin in the fruit helps your digestive system maintain from the throat through the stomach and into the colon.

Berries

This is an indigenous way of eating. Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries and strawberries all offer high levels of fiber. Each is relatively high in water content, too, which should help with hydration. I have been looking to hydrate my colon. Hydrated colons tend to work faster with less bloating.

Yogurt

There is such a thing as “good” bacteria, and it can be found in your body… and in yogurt. Eating yogurt brings into your system to help digest food and maintain a healthy gut flora. But using a well-designed probiotic like Life Nine once a day at night. Dr. Buch said in one of his classes that more is not better. Two caps at night force the good bacteria to work. Buch went on to say that as they eat up the bad bacteria they can reproduce at night work to repair the bacteria. This does not mean that you do not need to add two more the next night. The reason is the food we eat might not be truly organic!

Fermented foods

Interested in probiotics to help with bloating but not a fan of yogurt? No worries. There are other options, including such as: fermented food. I used to make Kombucha. It is easy but I have found kefir works just as well if not better. It puts a coating on the stomach wall.
Kefir
Kimchi
Kombucha
Sauerkraut

Another tip to avoid bloating

Eat: S-L-O-W-L-Y it is important to force your colon to not get jammed. Hydrating after a meal is important as well. Gobbling down your meal can set air and burping. A few drops of ginger or fennel essential oil in your coffee or tea after your meal.

Carbonated drinks can have the same effect as all of those bubbles hitting your belly. Did you know that the bubbles were of a chemical that can cause weight gain.

Final thought

Pooping regularly. “You always feel better after you poop.” Exercise right after you eat helps too. Do deep breathing. When doing your hold to the count suck in the stomach it will help you vacuuming the stomach out.
