Education on inflammation The quick way is to understand if the gut inflammation is suspected? Implementing new ways to calm down this gut. I really work at avoiding foods that might have been genetically decided food. Whole food can be genetically designed at the seed line or sprayed with chemicals. This is the number one issue in my world so I check this so I personally am not contributing to inflammation. 
Understanding the causes. 
Inflammatory diet: Diets are food we eat that contribute to inflammation somewhere in the body and I have changed my diet many times to reduce inflammation in my body. Yes, living in America we all have a western diet which includes high amounts of refined grains, sugars, red meat, processed meat, eggs, high-fat dairy products, artificial sweeteners, and salt. Yes inflammation has been studied and I stop eating artificial sweeteners and white sugar, heavy flour with lots of milk. The other problem with inflammation is I have allergies to drugs. That is a land mine inside me. And three My body has created an allergy from my thyroid. I am not ready to address thyroid yet. I think it is fighting my body and creating weight gain. 
I might suggest avoiding foods made with or mixed because they will have preservatives mixed. It was a long hard road in learning that inflammatory foods will lower your body autoimmune creating stress, strain, swelling that creates aches and pains. Some examples to prevent inflammatory foods in our list:
  • Apples 
  • Avocados
  • Beans (red beans, pinto beans, black beans)
  • Berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
  • Broccoli
  • Cherries
  • Dark leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, collard greens) 
  • Ginger
  • Grapes
  • Lavender
  • Lemon  

  • Mushrooms
  • Nuts (walnuts, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts)
  • Ningxia Red berries 
  • Sweet potatoes are better than white potatoes,
  • Turmeric 
  • Peppers
  • Tomatoes
  • Vinegar
  • Whole grains


tickle in your throat accompanied by coughing can be caused by several factors, including:

  • Viral infections: Such as colds or flu, which can lead to throat irritation and coughing. Fungus and parasites can cause drama that might not be acknowledged by the medicine doctors unless they see proof.  

  • Allergies: Pollen, dust, or pet dander can cause throat irritation and coughing. 

  • probiotic supplements: Your digestive system contains a number of beneficial types of bacteria and other organisms. I add enzymes and amino acids with probiotic and kefir. I also use ICP and am loaded with peptides. I have used yogurt for myself. I have allergies to milk. Later in my life;I I realized that it might have been an antibiotic in the milk used for the yogurt that did work for me. I love cabbage but not so much sauerkraut. Sauerkraut would work in your diet.  Kombucha is fermented tea. Widely used in Russia and Asia include it in their diets. I actually made Kombucha in my spa and sold it back in the day. I had time to. I would pray and make special batches. Each batch would twin. I learn from God telling me that I am a twin flame. God makes whatever I do more or less than. I use lemon for coughing with honey or thieves' essential oils.   I used to make my own and now I recommend Young Living. 

Something I do for my stomach is vinegar for keeping my pH at 7 and making sure I digest and cleanse. I do fasting only upon waking at maybe noon. I find that it empowers my prayer time. Which changes my whole being to bring about a huge change in my wellbeing. I am healing and this can bring about life changes.  I once talked to a doctor who was a humanitarian. During my years of being sick or at my sickest time. He told me to keep a tiny bit of juice in your stomach to welcome the food. He said it is very good to do blackberries, cherries and blueberries and I shared with him about Ningxia being high in Vitamin C and he said it is juice. And it has other berries mixed in. He said drink an oz before meals.  He said it tends to make the stomach less stressed to spasm.  I remember that and it helps me. I like to pass tips along.   I also use digest and cleans in a gel cap that is formulated for the stomach.  

I believe in treating parasites I used the medicine that the doctors gave and I also parfree per the direction in the desk reference book. I use the supplements with Young Living because I trust them and do not create stress in my body. That is my goal to help my body to relax. And function all by itself that way it used to before I realized mercury was in my body leaking. And in 2021 my body got totally shut down by drilling it out of my teeth as filling and I ingested big pieces and dust. 


Plan of supplements is: 
Calcium with D and CQ10 because my bone can be happy balance or angry balance and start creating bone density balance.  Your bones need to keep moving to generate a positive flow. So do your heart need to stay happy and generate kindness? It produces peace and relaxation for other muscles and organs. 
  1. Fiber. Why do we need fiber? And learned from my surgeon it has guar gum in it the good ones do. I use my YL- ICP with citric acid fennel, ginger, lemongrass to assist me with constipation, lowering cholesterol. Apples keep my triglycerides at low levels.  
  2. Vitamin A: Vit. A is an Essential Nutrient for Eyes. I learned that A is what retinol is made from. So my plan is to just use vitamin A in essential oil form. I also started using E all by itself. My collagen is taken in the am with in my coffee and I take the  A, D, E, before I drink it. 
  3. Potassium: Essential Nutrient for Nerves and Muscles. Why It’s Good for You: Potassium along with Magnesium is good and is a direct electrolyte that feeds the cells. 
  4. Then my body rebuild formula is Balance Complete the protein used in the middle of the day. I wanted to say what Young Living shares on our label. I am rebuilding many things to fine tune my Auto immune. The goal here is rebuilding areas to function.
  5. I do stretching and pulling for exercise and I break that up in segments. 
  6. When I work with weights I make sure it is a full hour. 
  7. My Digestive Health: Fiber helps prevent constipation and promotes regular bowel movements
  8. Weight Management: It keeps you feeling full and satisfied, which can help manage weight. It also helps me handle weight that goes with inflammation. That can change day to day.
  9. Deficiencies can cause different symptoms and confuse the lab reports as mercury could have made me deficient. So I am building and repairing. My nutrition is good. 
  10. My Vitamin “D”:  is always dropping and making me deficient so I am aware that deficiencies can come from any factors. I could eat some that has a chemical on my intake and it can also cause a malabsorption. And as I am finding out, I create localized disorders in the eyes, ears, colon and so on. Yes, my doctor has treated this with supplements because of all my allergies to drugs. I can tell you that drug reaction allergies have had a big impact on me from birth. I think the mercury has weakened my bones and maybe fatigue if I was honest. I also realize this falls into neurological problems too.   
Treatment Approach. 

I added the biggest changes on the advice of my eye surgeon who uses and recommends essential oils. She also recommended a supplement to be taken twice a day. Why I decided to build this into a blog post. My goal is to get rid of the yellow in my eye. We are not supposed to see that color in the eye and she was confident that it would go away using the eye supplements she recommended. 

The surgeon I saw in October of 2024 I felt this was why the interest took the approach of following through with the two pills. While peristalsis is still stalled. I am working on the treatment to rebuild the body back so function is waking back up.  The stomach is involved because of the inflammation. ICP is the main reason for the flow of the stomach. To open and function if it is not working the colon will slow down. 

I have a family doctor who is an internist who makes slow and easy changes that become good habits. My changes are happening daily. I will honestly say some day there are flares. I used turmeric for those days. I wrote this because I know many who struggle from inflammation.  

Ongoing Therapies 
I am a big believer in IV therapies and new red light and cold therapy and Hyperbaric Oxygen. Once I get my supplement so that my body is responding to them. And maybe after 60 days I know this will be my habit so I can them step up a program to ongoing Therapies to also support and heal my body.  

My stomach is the first one to register that it is upset. And my normal temp is 97.4 and I've been running a temp of 99.8. That is high for me. My tip is Ningxia Red during the day. And One oz of fresh lemon. Yes, my doctor knows all this.
It is become my direct approach to make sure this gets back to auto immune function.
I am uncomfortable and moody. Smiles The stress on my organs is constant. So, I am prepared to be accountable.  
Fiber is needed and guar gum really does help along with fiber but doing squats also aids the organs to relax and function with the wave of frequency in a contraction. I will add peace and calm and stress away on the belly twice a day.  

In conclusion: my goals will be built around Peristalsis. I will show up and be accountable to redirecting my supplement times and exercise times. will respond better to movement and relaxations. Exercise will be divided into 4 parts with 1 hour upstairs in the gym. And making sure I get my diffusers turned on earlier to get me balanced faster. I really do a lot of personal work and alchemize my findings by looking deep within and asking God. My angles and I discuss my programs if they are not working or if sometime has changed.
