Veterinarians/researchers are continually making discoveries. The veterinarians feel the animals respond extremely well.  In all my research, classes, workshops feel they have benefited greatly. Dr. Hess says, In my experience, I have found that animals respond to essential oils much the same as humans. Animals are not as sensitive to the phenol and sesquiterpene constituents so they can be applied “neat” are full strength.  Carrier oils can be added to daily pet routine.   One needs only to determine which oils are applicable to the situation and then apply a few drops 3-4 times daily (Hess, 2013).

Dr. Mary Hess said:
