We all have weight that goes ups and downs. The older we get the more we have issues to weight on the rise. I sure you can relate.
I fell through the stair. Yes, and healed it and got my weight back when I was able to exercise.
I am sure you read the blog of the chemical experience where the fat cells ate the chemicals out of the blood, and I gain weight overnight.
And I sure some of you might be following my mercury experience that I am in and following along. I just put a new post update on June 29, 2023. I also ran a health spa doing weight loss for folks.

CHOCOLATE
Members ordering chocolate can choose from two shipping options:
- You can ship your chocolate along with other items in your order. This is the most affordable option, but it is possible that the chocolate will melt in transit.
- You can pay a fee to have your chocolate shipped separately with an ice pack to help prevent melting.If you choose to ship your chocolate items in a separate container with an ice pack, there is a base rate of $5.99, up to eight chocolate bars.
