Moms can support using personal blends that they created by moms. Gary Young founder named the oils for us to understand the emotion we feel or experience from our children. Poster was created by Libby Dryfuse.

Balance the hormones along with your period time as well as broken feelings from the past. I learned that my brokenness would repeat on itself as a trigger. I learned with understudying Gary Young the healing of applying the oils.
For those who are interested in the chemical constituents here is a bit of research to get you start thinking about to research for yourself.

In Young Living it is good to know that carry oils are made so when you mix a personal blend to aid you daily feelings that you can use this blend and add your own oils that make it truly personal to you plan of action.
Digestion can increase your attention span on your stomach and colon. Real quick pay attention to those feelings. I learn to vacuum my stomach.
I was taught to pull in the muscle groups on the stomach and hold for as long as possible in order to release food pressure. It also helps me discharge the stool in the colon.
Look into Dragon Time it is amazing blend.

Hello Dear Reader,
What are emotions? Are they thoughts, or are they sensations that happen in the body? Or are they something in between?
If you haven’t thought about it before, it can be a bit trippy to go there! 🙃
I was recently a featured guest on the newspaper, where we discussed the link between the mind, heart, and body.
Because emotions don’t just happen in our minds. We experience them in our bodies, and many sensations can accompany an emotion.
You may feel your heart race when you’re excited (or angry), your tummy may seize up when you’re stressed, or your mouth may become dry when you’re panicked and feeling put on the spot. You may feel hot, or cold. Some emotions are high energy, and others are low energy—depressive even.
I have spent years of working on myself.
Self-love, emotional intelligence and spiritual leveling up to your higher souls takes work.

Path work and inner healing has to integrate what's happening in the body and mind. To be the one organism that we are.
Because the truth is, there's a symphony of sensations going on in our bodies all the time. And any healing practice that completely ignores the body is missing half the picture.
Modern trauma books like underscore the understanding that it's pretty much impossible to heal at a fundamentally deep level without incorporating the body.
This is why a foundation of my practice and my coaching—at a group or individual level—is to be consciously connected and working with our bodies. We use it as a tool for grounding ourselves, and for anchoring ourselves in the present moment.
If you want to listen to that part of the podcast in particular, head to the 9:45 mark. I also talk about a practical example of undoing a freeze at 15:00, and I delve into how we might undo patterns and conditioning from around 19:45. Head to 28:41 for my theory on why so many Western cultures say they don’t sing and what I think that means for us.
It was a great discussion, rich in many ways.

Much love and gratitude always,
