In a time filled with stress and heartache, I found myself facing a health crisis. It was the year 1986, and I was going through a divorce that had taken a toll on my well-being. Overwhelmed with stress, I fainted and woke up in the emergency room, having suffered a heart attack.

It was during my move from Moravia, New York to Auburn, New York, about 8 months later, that I experienced my second heart attack. This event prompted me to make a change and seek natural solutions for my health. That's when I decided to move to Rochester, New York, and take control of my well-being.

During this period, I had the opportunity to consult with three different cardiologists, who were astounded by the improvement in my heart's condition. They couldn't see any damage anymore, and they were intrigued to know what I had done to achieve such incredible results. I proudly shared with them that I had become a marketing partner for Young Living, a company that offers high-quality, natural products for promoting wellness.

Among the various Young Living products that played a significant role in my healing journey, two stand out the most: Ningxia Red and Longevity soft gels. I firmly believe that the regular consumption of these powerful supplements contributed greatly to my improved heart health.

I vividly recall how Ningxia Red, a juice rich in antioxidants and nutrients, played a significant role in my transformation. When I first started incorporating it into my daily routine, it was known as wolf berry juice. However, its effectiveness remained unchanged, and I could feel the positive changes it brought about within me.

Today, as a Young Living Brand Partner and advocate for natural wellness, I am grateful for the incredible results I have experienced. My heart's damage is no longer visible, and I credit Young Living's commitment to purity and quality for helping me regain my health and vitality.

If you, too, are seeking natural solutions for your well-being, I encourage you to explore the powerful benefits offered by Young Living's exceptional products. Whether it's Ningxia Red, Longevity soft gels, or a wide range of other essential oils and supplements, Young Living can be a valuable partner on your journey to a healthier, happier life.

And the years go way back. I am as old as dirt.  I really can remember the years that it took on it new name Ningxia Red Juice but I am might glad I listened.

One of the question I get a lot is how much to drink a day. I allow my body to regulate that amount. If I am feel good I do only one or two. If I feel ill. I ramp up to four quickly and hold that amount for 3 to 5 days. During that time I add into my daily routine supplement of Longevity, Inner Defense.
I have not had a cold or flu in a long time. That is some huge to be able to say that in this day and age.

Oh, I get sick but it when I somehow ingest a chemical through food or drugs.  I also use the raindrop oils in my routine. I am happy person.  I can say I feel great at soon to be 80 next month.

My rule of thumb is to keep lots of this on hand and I use that instead of buying the bottles. It is easier for shipping. Anyone who comes to my house will know that I have one crisper drawer fill to the brim.

Great advice for those just starting out: Sharing Oils!

As anyone who has tried to build a business selling essential oils or other products knows, one of the most challenging aspects can be finding good ways to introduce others to the benefits of essential oils. To help make this a little less daunting, we asked for your ideas and tips on how to introduce others to essential oils. Below is what we have learned from you.

• Great advice for those just starting out:

  1. Always use essential oils yourself. As you use the oils, others will ask you about what you are using, what they are smelling, or why you seem healthy. This is a perfect opportunity to share something with them about essential oils. Using the oils will also give you lots of stories and experiences that you can share with others.
  2. Start talking with those you know. It is easier to start sharing what you are doing with friends, family members, and other people who know and care about you and what you are doing. Don't make them feel like they have to buy something from you—just share with them what you are learning, and the experiences you are having. Try inviting friends or family members who know about what you are doing to a "practice" class or house party so you can polish your presentation in front of a friendly audience. Ask for feedback and be sure to let them experience the oils for themselves.
  3. Always be prepared to share when people show interest. You should always be ready to share basic information about essential oils with others—you never know when someone might ask you about them. Even better than just sharing basic information is to have a brochure, a printed success story, a sample vial of oil, or information about a particular oil or blend ready to share.
  4. If someone is interested, give them your contact information, and try to get theirs. Always include your contact information with any brochure, oil sample, printed success story, or other information you give away. Ask those you talk to if you can call or email them to see if they have any questions about the information, you give them, or how they liked the sample of oil you gave them.
  5. Always invite people to experience the oils. If someone is interested, give them a sample of an essential oil to try, or invite them to a class, open house, meeting, or "aromatherapy party" where you will be letting people experience essential oils or essential oil products.
  6. Always follow up. Call or email people you have given samples to and find out if they have tried it, and how they liked it. Ask them if they would like to learn more, or if they had any questions. Call or email people who have attended a class, meeting, or party to see if they would be interested in attending more, if they had a favorite oil or product, or if they had something they were interested in trying or learning more about.
  7. Try to always appear professional and prepared. People are more likely to trust you and what you share if you present yourself and your material in a professional, polished way.
  8. If someone is interested, see if they know anyone else who might be interested as well. If someone is interested in attending a class, meeting, or party, ask them if they know anyone else who might like to come, and invite them to bring them along. If someone is interested in an essential oil, ask them if they know anyone who might benefit from or enjoy that oil as well.
  9. Focus on one or two oils, then expand from there. It is much easier to share information about one or two products that someone is interested in than to share information about an entire product line. It is also a lot less overwhelming for potential customers to learn about and purchase one or two products at a time than to feel like they must purchase everything at once. As people learn about and experience these products, they will usually want to learn about other oils and products they might benefit from as well.
  10. Have fun with what you are doing.
• Ideas for introducing others to essential oils:

  1. Wear essential oils as a perfume or cologne. When people ask about what you are wearing, talk with them about essential oils.
  2. Ask people if they have tried essential oils when they mention a health challenge they are facing. Many times during the course of a normal conversation, people will mention a particular health challenge they (or someone they know) are experiencing. This is a great opportunity to ask if they have tried using essential oils (or a particular essential oil or blend) for that health challenge. This leads the conversation to what essential oils are, and how they work.
  3. Use oils to help disinfect your work space, plane seat, home, or other area. When people ask about what you are doing, you can share something about essential oils.
  4. Hold aromatherapy house parties. Include fun activities that not only teach about essential oils, but allow guests to experience them for themselves. Some ideas include:
    1. Massage—Bring a massage therapist along to give free massages to the guests as you talk about the oils.
    2. Beauty Nights—Bring samples of essential oil creams and lotions for guests to try out. Give acupressure "face-lifts". Bring a paraffin dip with rose oil added for people to do their hands.
    3. Relaxation—Diffuse relaxing massage oils. Bring eye pillows or shoulder wraps for people to use while you play relaxing music. Give a hand massage or hand Vita Flex treatment to each guest. Share ideas on how they can relax at home.
  5. Give classes that teach about essential oils. Hold classes in your own home, or contact massage therapists, spas, ladies clubs, grocery stores, craft stores, etc. to see if they will let you hold an educational class in their facility (and invite their clients and customers to attend). Some class ideas include:
    1. Aromatherapy—Teach the basics of aromatherapy for health and pleasure.
    2. Natural Cooking with Essential Oils—Share recipes and ideas on how to cook with essential oils.
    3. Natural Cleaning without Chemicals—Share tips and ideas on how to clean and disinfect using essential oils and other natural methods.
    4. Scent-sational Crafts and Gifts—Teach how to make potpourri sachets, relaxation pillows, air fresheners, scented soaps, or other crafts that feature natural essential oils.
    5. Oils of the Bible—Teach about essential oil references that are found in the Bible.
  6. Give aromatherapy gifts. Try creating one of our gift ideas, create your own essential oil craft to give, or simply give a sample of your favorite essential oil or blend.
  7. Participate in trade shows or wellness expos. Come prepared to give away lots of samples (attached to a business card or information card containing your contact information), brochures, newspapers, information packets, and other materials along with your contact information. If you are manning a booth, try using a fun game or activity to help draw people's attention.
  8. Use oils as part of your business. If you are in business for yourself as a massage therapist, chiropractor, physical therapist, reflexologist, etc., allow your clients to try the oils as part of the session.
  9. Hold regular meetings with your clients or down-line. Share information, business ideas, or experiences. Allow others to share their experiences and ideas as well. Invite new contacts to these meetings.
  10. Offer to loan someone a diffuser or oil pendant. Offer a friend, relative, acquaintance, or prospect the use of a diffuser (with oil) or an oil pendant with a few drops of oil on it for a few days. Leave them information, CD's, or videos as well so they can learn more. Make an appointment for a few days later to pick up what you loaned them, and to discuss how they felt, or to answer any questions they have.
• Creative ways people have shared essential oils with others:
  1. Several people mentioned that they carry samples of essential oils and products, books, and brochures with them wherever they go. When they meet people, they let them pick out a gift of their choosing from their supply, then give them a business card and invite them to come to a class or party, or to call if they have questions or just want to talk again.
  2. One person adds lemon oil to their water bottle. Before they drink, they shake the bottle to disperse the oil. Many times, people will ask what has been added to the water, giving an opportunity to share.
  3. One person gave small essential oil ornaments to their acquaintances for the holidays. The ornaments were small drawstring bags filled with potpourri and a cotton ball with the Christmas Spirit oil blend on it. They also included a sample vial of extra oil blend to "recharge" the cotton ball as needed.
  4. One person attending an outdoor wedding plagued by mosquitoes pulled out some lavender oil and started using it. It seemed to keep the mosquitoes away, and pretty soon, everyone around was using the lavender oil as well.
  5. One person created small relaxation pillows using essential oils to be used on sore muscles and joints and gave them away as gifts.
  6. When a new vet performing a house call to check up on two cats arrived, the owner was diffusing the Purification oil blend, and had put Peace & Calming oil blend on the cats. The vet was hooked and was grateful to receive several samples and information on essential oils and animals at the end of the visit.
  7. Tea Party: Invite a group of people over and set up tea. Honey and other oils into the tea.
  8. NingXia Red Party Always have the single and if you do have a punch bowl use two bottles and add fruit to it and two can of Zyng Quick and easy.
    Tools
Make sure you have enough product Guide for at least 6 people. This way you can set it up as the Presentation. Then have a table with the product guide and a different table to order.

  9.                               Join in the fun of learning to oil.
  10.      My number has to be seen in the as you enter the virtual office.

  11. YOUNG LIVING and working on our networking!

So, this past year I've spent a lot of my personal time helping people start their business, make their first sale, and get their business off the ground.
I’ve been getting a LOT of feedback in the last 3 or 4 months or so from people who have basically been telling me: And I've discovered that many of you still do not know how to level up with a sponsor and enroller. To Double up that person to Rank up a team.

Now a great open line for inactive people is Thank you so much for picking me.  I know how much it means to you to be on my team to grow your pharmacy of Young Living essential oils. And if we don’t get a chance to connect beforehand - I want to wish you and your family a very Merry Christmas.
Let's keep oiling our families to make it a healthy 2020. Here’s to making next year the best year ever! I was wondering if you have encountered problems?  Have you found how to set your order monthly? I enjoy helping you be successful. I would appreciate it if you would share with me if you encounter problems so I can help you source them and solve the problem for you.  All of us on the team want you to have a good experience with us; that includes all of the uplines that our team is partnered with.
I have a rule that if the person before they sign in does not stay in touch asking questions then that person is not going to be a good partner until that decide to run with you.
Partners need to stay connected every once in a while.  Check up on each other and do a skill building workshop. And be the support rooting team to build confidence.
Can you imagine investing in a coach that knows how to help you train your mindset to make more money? That would enhance your skill of talking to people?

The most important of all on this list is how to save members on your network business. About To Go Inactive When you work a member that is inactive, Young Living calls it Leveling up. To double them up could mean that you place 3 members under them to rank them to Star Someone else to Senior Star which is $2000 that would count for group volume and a third person to Executive making 4000 group volume.
Accounts subject to termination due to no cumulative 50 PV in the last 11 months. (As of today’s date.) mean that month that we are in or they would not be on this list.
Young Living is in business to build. It cost money for a person to just hang on and not order.  My example is Why would I buy a Sam Club or BJś membership when I am not going to buy in their stores?  That is why I do not have a BJ or Samś Club for that reason. I buy chemical free products.

While many of us have memories of building gingerbread houses during the holidays and sipping ginger tea to get over a case of the sniffles, ginger’s warm, spicy flavor actually has a history that goes much further back than childhood traditions. Ginger originated in Southeast Asia and was taken to the Mediterranean as early the 1st century AD, so it goes waaaay back! And no wonder—what spice rack would be complete without its rich taste? While fresh and ground ginger are now common kitchen staples, ginger also has great uses in its essential oil form. Wondering about the benefits of Ginger essential oil? Keep reading to learn more about this spicy oil.

The season for warmth and spice has arrived, and with that in mind, we can’t wait to start putting our Ginger essential oil to good use!

Young Living’s Ginger essential oil really adds a wonderful warmth to them. You can also add a little Nutmeg and Cinnamon Bark essential oils if you’d like to for extra flavouring.

TIP You will need to refrigerate the cookie dough for 3½ hours or overnight before cutting the cookies and baking them. You can decorate them or have them plain with a nice cup of tea or hot chocolate for all the cozy vibes!

NOTE For a vegan option, try using a chia seed egg and vegan butter. For the vegan option, roll them into balls first and then flatten as they may not hold their shape as well as the regular recipe.

Ginger User Experiences...
Essential Oils Foot & Menstrual Cramps

One day my two-year-old started to cry and complain that his foot hurt. My husband, the king of the psycho-somatic solutions for our kids' imagined and real bumps and bruises, reached for the first thing he could grab to use as the "no owie juice". This ended up being the same bottle of the oil mixture that I use to treat our son's diarrhea. It contained 4 drops of Ginger and 4 drops of Rosemary in 2 tablespoons of Olive oil. He made a big deal out of rubbing a few drops on his foot, and soon he was laughing and playing again.

That night, our toddler woke up screaming in pain and pointing to his foot. I massaged it for 5 minutes or so and that helped a little, but then I ran down to get the oil. Within a few minutes, he was asleep again.

The next day I looked up Ginger and Rosemary, and sure enough, they are both good for relieving cramps! An accidental discovery that has helped us time and time again since that night.

Since then I have learned that many toddlers will occasionally get painful foot cramps, especially at night, and parents are advised to massage the foot for 20-30 minutes or so and the child will eventually fall back to sleep. My solution using essential oils is much faster!

I also gave some of it to a friend to use on her menstrual cramps, after doubling the amount of oil that I used in the carrier oil, and she said it worked very well.

House Plant Revived & No Longer Attacked By Bugs

I have a plant, not sure the name of it, that a friend gave to me. She started it from a plant clipping, and so the plant has significant meaning in an emotional way, beyond just the plant itself.

For a long time, the plant was not thriving, it just wasn't growing, no matter the plant food that was given to it. Then it started to get those little cobwebs on it that appeared to be spider mites infesting the plant.

I drink water with Cinnamon and Ginger oils in it from a glass bottle, rather than a plastic bottle. This is because the oils can deteriorate the plastic, and did not want those chemicals in my system. There are enough toxins in the environment to deal with, without adding that too.

One day, it finally dawned that maybe I should use some Young Living oils on the plant. I'm not sure why I didn't think of it sooner, since Gary Young uses oils on the plants to keep pests away. I guess its because I am not a gardener per se.

So after I finished a bottle of water with Cinnamon and Ginger oils, I decided to fill it up again without adding more oil, and then poured it onto the plant. Within just a day or two the plant was starting to look healthy again. The leaves looked fuller and brighter.

Within a week or two, the cobwebs were completely gone, and the plant was starting to grow new leaves. What was once very small and scraggly in appearance is now all bushy and healthy; full of life, color, and vibrancy.

Yesterday, I tried putting the Gratitude oil blend in water onto a plant, to thank it for being so beautiful, and hoped that the oil could help it become even more so. After 24 hours I can already see a difference in the plant; its leaves look stronger, more full, and greener.

I am very grateful for these oils and for Gary and Mary Young.

Defeated Vertigo & Nausea During The Night

Last night I suddenly was overcome with extreme nausea and vertigo. My ears were ringing and I just felt awful. Matt suspected it was something I ate, so I got ready for bed.

I took 2 capsules of Inner Defense, 2 capsules of the DiGize oil blend, as well as some activated charcoal, and then walked Matt through a crash course in the Raindrop Technique. Ella, my 4 year old, helped facilitate by rubbing my shoulders.

This relaxed me enough to go to sleep, but I woke up at 3:30 needing to go to the bathroom. When I stood up, the room was spinning so bad that I immediately crashed into the wall. Matt half carried me to the bathroom and back to bed.

Then he went for the essential oils reference book to look up vertigo, which suggested Tangerine and Ginger. We have Tangerine (one of my favorite yummy oils) but the only Ginger we had was in the blends DiGize and Abundance.

While I lay motionless, he poured a couple of drops of Tangerine in my hand. I rubbed my hands together to inhale the Tangerine and was shocked to find that this oil I love and use in smoothies, drinks and cooking all the time smelled like vomit to me. It was almost unbearable. Matt said, "That's good! You need it!"

So I kept breathing it in while he applied a few drops of each of the DiGize and Abundance blends to my ears, followed by the Melrose blend, since my throat was sore and swollen by then, and my ears were becoming itchy. We figured vertigo and the inner ear always seem to be connected.

After he anointed me, he laid his hand on my head and asked God for a blessing. I fell right to sleep.

This morning, I woke up feeling wonderful!! And I was awakened by the delicious powerful smell of tangerines!

Praise God for His power and assistance, and thank you Lord, for your amazing gifts of plants and essential oils!

I was worried last night that I might need to go to the hospital, but I am totally better now and there is no concern! Thank You Yeshua!!

Dealing With Crohn's Disease & Constipation

I have had Crohn's disease for 8 years. I've been treating it naturally using no pharmaceuticals for the last 2.5 years. I had no flare-ups at all while pregnant last year and in fact felt great. But a few weeks after I gave birth, I had Crohn's flares after I ate most anything. It included spasms in the lower intestinal area, gas pain, some nausea and constipation.

I started ingesting 3 drops of the DiGize essential oil blend before each meal and rubbed a couple of drops on my belly. Within a day I started noticing I didn't have any intestinal pain. After 3 to 4 days I was feeling great after a meal and having regular bowel movements. I'm so blessed to have this oil!

Tarragon is the first ingredient, which I've since learned is an antispasmodic. All of the other ingredients are great for digestion.

Any time my husband or friends have indigestion, nausea, diarrhea, heartburn, constipation or gas, I just have them take a few drops and/or rub it on their abdomen.

The ingredients in DiGize are Tarragon, Ginger, Peppermint, Juniper, Fennel, Lemongrass, Anise and Patchouli.

Additionally, if my 5-month-old baby is gassy or constipated, I just rub one drop on each foot and within 30 minutes he usually has a bowel movement and falls asleep.

Had Extreme Heart Palpitations Since I Was A Child

I had my first ZYTO Scan in September 2014. Even with many known health issues, we were surprised to see that I scanned for 32 markers for Helichrysum. My ZYTO Scan came back suggesting the use of the following essential oils daily with a carrier oil:

* 1 drop Lemongrass
* 1 drop Ginger
* 1 drop Helichrysum

Being new to this, I was skeptical at best. But after being introduced to the PanAway essential oil blend and finally getting relief, I decided to give the recipe a try. I ordered my essential oils and bought some fractionated coconut oil.

Having lung issues, many scents are intolerable to me. This blend of oils turned out to be one of them. I chose to rub the blend on the bottoms of my feet, as far from my nose as possible. I massaged the blend all over the bottom of my feet, not just certain areas.

I wanted to focus on my lungs, but, with many health issues, I really needed the oils to help everywhere possible. Then something unexpected happened.

I have suffered from extreme heart palpitations since I was a child. Open heart surgery made these episodes more frequent and longer in duration. Having had ablation done once, I refused a second time, not wanting to be pacemaker dependent.

I began to notice that my episodes of palpitations were not happening as often, and my heart would even revert back to a normal rhythm sooner. Soon the palpitations were nonexistent!

I temporarily stopped the essential oil blend for 3 days, suspecting that the essential oils were the cause of my good fortune. Sure enough, my palpitations returned. So I restarted my "ZYTO blend" and have had no palpitations since.

My cardiologist confirmed this via my pacemaker yesterday. We are slowly reducing my anti-arrhythmic meds in order to determine if I may eventually be able to stop them all together.

What Are People Saying About Young Living's Mutigreens.

Personally, I take 6 a day, it's one of my favorite supplements!”

Multigreens... The Super Food Of Super Nutrients
by Jim L.

If you have yet to discover Young Living's amazing Multigreens supplement, I hope you will want to order a quantity soon after reading this report. Once you experience the power of this super green, super rich nutrient for yourself, you will never want to go without it ever again.

Multigreens provides one of the widest spectrums of naturally occurring nutrients known to man. Oh sure, there are other "green food" supplements out there on the market, and they are good. But, friend, wait until you read about Multigreens. If so called "green food" supplements are called "super" supplements, Multigreens is the super supplement of super supplements.

So what makes Young Living's Multigreens super green supplement superior to other super green supplements you ask? To begin, Multigreens is a "live" food containing nutrients and phytochemicals that you will never find in a typical vitamin supplement, nutrients like: enzymes, chlorophyll, amino acids, etc.  Two of Multigreen's primary ingredients are Spirulina and Barley grass. Spirulina (a blue-green algae containing over 100 synergistic nutrients) is rich in concentrated protein and chlorophyll. Barley grass is considered the most nutritional of the green grasses.

In articles in the Oct.27th, 1997 issue of MacLeans magazine and the April 25th, 1994 issue of Newsweek magazine, plant compounds known as "phytochemicals" were hailed as an exciting and promising new area of nutritional health research. The nutritional power behind plant nutrients and phytochemicals is not that they are there in "megadose" amount of any one particular nutrient, rather it is in the way all the plant elements "combine to work together".

Dr. Yohishide Hagiwara, a leading authority on health food and green foods, said, "It was clear to me, then, that the leaves of the cereal grasses provide the nearest thing this planet offers to the perfect food. For reasons of palatability, higher nutrient content, and favorable harvesting features, green barley stands out as the best among these."

Green barley grass also contains chlorophyll. Chlorophyll has been studied for its potential as a deodorant, in stimulating  tissue growth, and in stimulating red blood cells in connection with blood supply. Perhaps most remarkable is the similarity between chlorophyll and the red pigment in blood. Research in the 1940s demonstrated that the two
pigments react the same during breakdown.

According to an article in the Journal of the National Cancer Institute (Jan. 4, 1995), chlorophyll fed to laboratory animals reduces absorption of three dietary carcinogens: heterocyclic amines (found in cooked muscle meats), polycyclic hydrocarbons (found in smoked and barbecued foods), and aflatoxin (a mold on peanuts). The chlorophyll formed complex compounds with the carcinogens while they were still in the digestive tract, limiting their bioavailability. Chlorophyll has also been found to reduce fecal, urinary, and body odor in geriatric patients.

But Multigreens has much more going for it than Barley grass, it's primary ingredient is Spirulina. Spirulina is 58 times richer in organic Iron than raw spinach and 28 times richer than raw beef liver! Filled with Beta Carotene (Pro Vitamin A), Spirulina is 25 times richer than raw carrots. It contains a spectrum of every natural antioxidant known, including: the antioxidant vitamins B-1 and B-6; the minerals zinc, manganese and copper; the amino acid methionine; and the super antioxidants beta-carotene, vitamin E and trace element selenium.

Spirulina is also nature's richest whole-food source of Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA). Its oils are 3 times richer in GLA than evening primrose oil. Studies have indicated that GLA helps lower blood cholesterol and high blood pressure and eases such conditions as arthritis, premenstrual pain, eczema and other skin conditions.

The combination of Spirulina and Barley grass separates Multigreens from the super green food supplement shelf, but this still does not explain why Young Living's Multigreens is the super supplement of green food supplements. So what IS the secret?- Essential Oils! So what you say? Well experience has shown that before putting essential oils in Multigreens, there was a 42% blood absorption in 24 hours. After adding essential oils to Multigreens, blood absorption increased to 64% in 30 minutes and 86% in one hour. The conclusion is that the cells were now receiving nutrients that they had previously not been able to assimilate. No other super green food supplement can make this claim. (Essential Oils Desk Reference, 1st Edition, p. 205) Young Living's Multigreens is the only super "green food" supplement containing the essential oils of Melissa, Lemon, Lemongrass and Rosemary. Not content with the formulation, Young Living also added Bee Pollen, Panax Ginseng, and amino acids like L-arginine, L-cystine and L-tyrosine into this fabulous product. There is simply no other product that can compare itself to Multigreens on the market today. Offered in capsule form, the suggested daily intake to increase metabolism is three capsules twice a day. You may safely increase this amount as needed until you begin to feel results. Athletes and others dealing with stress often take larger amounts; sometimes as many as six times the suggested daily amount listed on the label.

Best results can be obtained by placing Multigreens dry under the tongue. Just open the capsule and place the green powder on a small dish. Pinch the powder between the thumb and first finger and place under the tongue. Move your tongue back and forth. The Multigreens will be absorbed through the mucous membrane directly into the bloodstream. Allow about one minute to pass before drinking water or juice to give the Multigreens time to be absorbed into the mucous membrane.

About Spirulina and Its Benefits
Spirulina's health benefits include providing a rich source of magnesium, calcium, niacin, potassium, B vitamins, and iron.

Gram for gram, spirulina may be the single most nutritious food on the planet.

Spirulina is a tiny alga packed with nutrients. A single tablespoon (7 grams) of dried spirulina powder contains (Source):

Protein: 4 grams
Vitamin B1 (thiamine): 11% of the RDA
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin): 15% of the RDA
Vitamin B3 (niacin): 4% of the RDA
Copper: 21% of the RDA
Iron: 11% of the RDA

It also contains decent amounts of magnesium, potassium and manganese and small amounts of almost every other nutrient you need.
Omega-6 and Omega-3 fatty acids (1.5:1.0 ratio).
Comparable to eggs, spirulina contains high-quality protein that also provides all the essential amino acids that you need.

Spirulina does not contain vitamin B12, as often discussed various places online. It has pseudovitamin B12, which is not effective in humans.

Spirulina is a small, single-celled microorganism that’s rich in chlorophyll, which contains many benefits. Chlorophyll is designed to support your body's vitality by working with the glandular, nervous, and circulatory systems.

Provides an excellent natural source of vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin K and magnesium.
Is an excellent source of choline which supports energy production.
May support healthy blood and digestive systems.
The basic structure of chlorophyll is similar to heme in hemoglobin, the difference being that the central atom in chlorophyll is magnesium instead of iron.

Bee Pollen Benefits
The benefits of bee pollen include providing a natural source of protein, vitamins, antioxidants, lipids, amino acids, enzymes, and minerals including Vitamin B and calcium. Exactly how much of what primarily depends on the pollen source.

Animal studies showed bee pollen extracts can lower blood cholesterol levels, especially LDL cholesterol in people with nearsightedness caused by clogged arteries, bee pollen supplements lowered blood cholesterol levels, which increased their field of vision.

The antioxidants in bee pollen may protect lipids from oxidizing. This is important because lipids clump together when they oxidize, restricting blood flow and increasing your risk to develop heart disease.

About Choline and Its Benefits
Choline is an essential nutrient (Source), required for your body to function optimally. While your liver can make small amounts, you obtain the majority of your choline through the foods you eat.

Choline is an organic, water-soluble compound. It is neither a vitamin nor a mineral, but it is often grouped with the vitamin B complex due to nutritional similarities.

Choline impacts your liver function, promotes healthy brain development, facilitates muscle movement, and supports your nervous system and metabolism.

Choline plays an important part in many processes in your body, including:

  • Cell structure: Choline helps make fats that support cell membrane structural integrity (Source).
  • Cell messaging: Choline assists in the production of compounds that act as cell messengers.
  • Fat transport and metabolism: Choline is required for removing cholesterol from your liver. Inadequate choline may result in fat and cholesterol buildup in your liver (Source, Source).
  • DNA synthesis: Choline and other B vitamins help with DNA synthesis.
  • A healthy nervous system: Choline is required to make acetylcholine, an important neurotransmitter that serves in memory, muscle movement, regulating heartbeat, and other basic functions.

How To Use Multigreens
The recommended dosage for taking the Multigreens herbal supplement is to take 3 pills, twice each day. However, I typically only take 3 each day and notice a big difference in how I feel, so if you're more sensitive like me, or are on a budget, know that 3 each day is sufficient.
  • If you have a slow metabolism, take 3 capsules once or twice daily. Best taken 1 hour before meals.
  • If you have a fast metabolism, take 4 capsules once or twice daily. Best taken 1 hour before meals.
  • If you have a sensitive stomach, take it with meals!
  • If you can't take pills or are like me and quickly enter the “pill fatigue” phase, the capsules are easy to break open to dump into a smoothie. This is my favorite way to consume them.
  • Another alternative to swallowing pills is to break a Multigreens capsule open and sprinkle it over food.

Complimenting Supplements To Consider:
To take your nutrition to the next level, dump the contents of 3 capsules, 2 ounces of Ningxia Red, and a capsule of Life 9 probiotic into a smoothie of your choice.
